"No ads" packages remove mandatory ads and banners
- "No ads" packages remove mandatory ads
- Monster Survivors has two types of ads: mandatory ads and optional ads which are rewarded.
- Mandatory ads are the forced ads - the 30s ads that you see after X waves
- The "no ads" packages do not remove the optional, rewarded videos that you choose to watch, like Double Rewards, Revive, etc.
Do you still see obligatory ads after purchasing a "no ads" package?
- RESTART the game (do NOT uninstall) and then click on the "Restore Purchases" button inside the game settings (top right corner of the main screen).
- If solution does not work. please, get in touch with us and describe your issue.
- Make sure to include your Player ID when you reach out to us.
- You can also ask Apple or Google directly for a refund.
⚡ Tip: If you want to remove both mandatory and optional ads, you can purchase the Ultimate version of the Season Pass. Please note that this will only last for the duration of the season.
