How do Chips work in the “Deal with Death” event?

Modified on Wed, 7 Jan at 6:00 PM

During the Deal with Death event, you collect Chips while playing. The multiplier shown at the top of the screen (x1, x5, etc.) indicates how many Chips you earn per pickup.

At the start of the event, the counter uses a x1 multiplierWhile playing, you are given the choice to increase the multiplier (for example from x1 to x5) or to cash out your Chips.

Important clarification:

  • The multiplier applies to each individual Chip you collect.

  • When the display shows x5, it means every Chip collected is worth 5 Chips.

  • It does not mean that the final total will be multiplied by 5 at the end.

Example:

  • With a x5 multiplier, collecting 1 Chip gives you 5 Chips.

  • Collecting 10 Chips gives you 50 Chips.

All Chips are counted with the correct multiplier at the moment you collect them.
