There is a known issue where Rewarded Videos (RV) may not work in the Shop or Blessings shortly after launching the game.
What happens:
The RV button can be clicked, but the ad does not start or fails to load.
This issue occurs only during the first 15 to 60 seconds after the game is launched.
After this short delay, Rewarded Videos work as intended.
Temporary solution:
- Simply wait 30–60 seconds after launching the game before using Rewarded Videos in the Shop or Blessings.
This issue is already identified and under investigation.
