The Transaction ID usually starts with GPA. followed by a series of numbers and letters.
Example: GPA.1234-5678-9012-34567
You can find it in your Google Play receipt email or in your Google Play purchase history.
Apple / iOS:
The Transaction ID is a numeric string provided in your Apple receipt email.
Example: 1234567890123
Check your email from Apple confirming the purchase to find it.
Tip: Always include your Transaction ID when reaching out to support. This allows us to quickly locate your purchase and assist you efficiently.
