If you need help or want to report an issue, you can open a support ticket in one of two ways:
Directly from the app (recommended):
Go to Settings > Customer Support.
This method is recommended because your Player ID is automatically included, so you don’t have to look it up yourself.
Via the support portal:
You can submit a ticket from there, but make sure to include your Player ID in your message.
Using the in-app method ensures faster and more accurate support.
